Good people, good stuff....

How Does the Team Gluten-Free™ Program Work?
Select an event in your town (5K/10K/half marathon/full marathon) and participate
as a Team Gluten-Free™ member.
You can choose any event, even if it benefits another charity (i.e., Race for
the Cure). When you register for your event, the money will go to that charity.
This is the money you pay the event organizers so you may participate in their
event. When you fundraise, those dollars will go to Team Gluten-Free™’s
charities (Celiac Disease research and awareness programs and summer
camp scholarships for children with Celiac Disease).
Mail or fax your completed Team Gluten-Free™ registration forms to:
Team Gluten-Free™
550 W. Plumb Lane, Suite 168B
Reno, NV 89509
F: 775-747-4631
Once you register with Team Gluten-Free™, you will receive fundraising materials,
suggested training schedules, tips for completing your event and injury
prevention.
You will also wear a Team Gluten-Free™ shirt the day of the race.
It’s that easy! Download your information packet here.

That sounds really cool. I looked at it but i have a question: is it only in Arizona?

No, it is for any race. It is not for "one" specific race. http://www.teamglutenfree.org/faq.html
