You should be able to develop your own ponzu sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce -- I use Wheat free San J which I like better than the others.
1/4 cup lime juice which I go out and pick. Sometimes I bring back bottled Yuzu from Japan which is the traditional citrus used
1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar ) make sure its ok -- Not all vinegars are gluten-free, especially in US Oriental markets.
1/3 cup dashi -- You can use the hon dashi available i n oriental shops or katsu bushi which you can just cook in water.
you can also use a gluten-free broth or strained fish stock.
good luck

Got a return email from the mfr. Apparently not gluten-free. Ok though, it's easy enough to make from scratch, and should keep in the fridge.
Thank you for your recent inquiry via our website regarding Mizkan Ajipon.
This item is not gluten free as it contains soy sauce made from wheat.
Sincerely,
Reiko Watanabe
