The unrefined, virgin, kind is what you are looking for. I've tried Spectrum--it's okay. I liked Nutiva, Harvest bay and Now brand.
If you have a Rite-Aid, GNC, they also carry virgin coconut oil.
On a personal note, it's very good for marital relations, if you catch my drift....
