Just wanted to say, I discovered Betty Crocker Gluten-free cake mixes and they are terrific! They also make brownie and cookie mixes (gluten-free). The cake mix is moist and tastes like the real thing, cost around $4.50 a box, but when you haven't had cake in over a year it's worth the price! Found this at a Kroger food store.
