Hi
I've seen several posts wherein people mention digestive enzymes.
I was diagnosed in April 2009 -- have eliminated gluten from my diet, but haven't done much else. Wondering if digestive enzymes are helpful. If so, when and why? Do people just use them when dealing with an accidental glutening or on a daily basis?
Also. PLEASE indicate a gluten-free digestive enzyme in Canada (I'm in Toronto). Do you get these things at a health food store?
Thanks much eveyone!
