Hey everyone. I was just googling "Celiac Disease" and came across this website from the University of Chicago. I think this page in particular was a great synopsis of a lot of the posts on this ingredient and food labeling forum. I think it did a great job giving a list of what ingredients on those horrid food labels are safe, which ones aren't, and explained a few of them that we all often question. Hope this helps everyone else too!
