The husband and I had fun surfing the Internet learning about jewish food rules...passover, eating non-gebrochts (no matzoh), what part of the cow is Kosher...I didn't realize that a part of the Jewish community eats gluten-free for passover! No wonder I find potato starch in the Jewish section of the grocery store.
