I was recently diagonsed and I'm still trying to figure out what I can and cannot have. Does anyone know if Swiss Miss milk hot chocoalte and Redi Whip are ok?

Judging by a quick google search, I would say the hot chocolate is safe.


I'm cuddled into the couch, under lots of blankets, drinking Swiss Miss No Sugar Added Hot Cocoa Mix. Which is gluten free.

And someone I guess posted a similar question about this on the this website.

Swiss Miss is a Con Agra company, and they will list any gluten on the label. Nestle will, also. If you have other brands you are wondering about, you could list those and hopefully someone will know--or you can always call the company and ask them.

Reddi Whip seems to be safe as well:

Who is the manufacturer? Or is it that brand you listed?

Nevermind...I looked it up on the Delphi List
Reddi-Whip made by ConAgra Foods
....it IS gluten free.
