I was doing some research re: gluten-free hair-care products. I found an ingredient I didn't recognize, researched it, and found this in the Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics:

It's worth looking into, I think. Given that I have neurologenic celiac as well as other neurological complications, I'm going to need to be a better consumer.
