I'm Tena and I live in Grand Rapids Michigan.
Doctor put me on a gluten-free diet with symptoms I was having 3-1/2 weeks ago.
Swelling in the neck/throat and tongue - twisting pain in the shoulder - depression - eyes not focusing together - major F'it's - lower back pain - swelling of the legs and ankles - weight gain....sores on the sides of my mouth...the fog!...

I haven't been doing bad at all on this gluten-free diet but think I'm getting glutened this week from Rolaids.
All trial and error I suppose. (waiting for a response from Rolaids about gluten in their product)

Wonder if anyone else lives near GR that would like to talk.
