hi
I'm gluten free only one month and still have residual epi pain and mid gut pain at times...but i started running and playing racket ball again but it seems that with strenuous mouvements my belly hurts... is this normal and with time will go away.....
cant wait to get back in shape after one year of being sick and not able to do much...
