I need some Cheddar cheese soup for a recipe. Does any one know of one that is gluten free?

Thank you,
Grump

IDK, but how about a homemade sauce:

Just leave out the taco seasoning and jalapenos. I use sweet rice for the amaranth. Very easy to make too!

You are welcome, it's really good and no additives/preservatives...if you need it thicker throw in more cheese.
