Hello!
Does anyone have experience with acne and dairy? I am lactose-free, but not dairy free (I cant live without my greek yoghurt!) I read on a few occasions that caesin allergies can make you have acne.

Im 23 and get large, deep acne pimples primarily on the chin and jaw area but also everywhere else on the face. I have scars as well from these.
Thanks, guys!
I
gluten free since 9/09... enjoying excellent digestion ever since! :)
happily practicing massage therapy since 08/08

ive given up on gluten-free baking for the time being... kinnikinnick makes excellent bread-products and I'd honestly rather pay than tear up my kitchen and make failed loaves. I have waaaaay too much cubed bread in my freezer from all of that failed baking!

There's a connection for me. Everytime I have any dairy I break out in those big underground pimples that hurt. It's so frustrating as I'm 30 years old and never really had any acne problems when I was younger.
