I just have to share the love. I haven't had meatballs in maybe a year believe it or not. However, from now on I'll have a batch in the freezer at all times! I tried this recipe tonight. http://www.marksdail...imal-meatballs/
I was always a big fan of meatballs with alot of filler to make them soft but these have none and are so flavorful and moist and soft! I'm lucky to have some fresh parsley and thyme in my backyard still and bought some fresh roasemary. They're flavorful enough that you don't need tomato sauce if you can't have the tomatoes. I sliced summer squash into fettucchini like strands and sauteed to take the place of noodles.
