Heyy! It's been awhile since I've been on here but I knew this would be the place to go to find a great recipe. I'm looking for a great, easy green bean casserole recipe for Thanksgiving. I love the idea of having Funyuns as the topper. Does anyone have recipes they'd like to share? Thank you and have a great holiday!!

I would love to have it also. Have been striking out making it with cream of mushrooms soups that are gluten free.

This is the green bean casserole I'll be trying this year... I got it at Copykat.com. I'll use frozen green beans like I did the old casserole and probably Corn Chex rather than gluten-free cornflakes.
GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
2 (14 ½ oz.) cans French cut green beans, drained
1 pint sour cream (16 oz.)
½ to ¾ lb. grated Swiss cheese
¾ tsp. onion salt
Toss ingredients together lightly and place in a lightly greased or cooking sprayed casserole dish.
TOPPING
¼ cup melted margarine or butter
2 cups lightly crushed corn flakes (fairly large pieces,
not crumbs)
½ tsp. onion salt
Toss together lightly.
Cover bean-cheese mixture with corn flake mixture and bake at 400 degrees for ½ hour. Serves about 10.
