I have an appointment tomorrow, after waiting months, at the Celiac Center at the University of Chicago with Dr. Kupfer. I have already been diagnosed by biopsy by a local dr, but I wanted to go here for them to look over everything and check anything else that needs to be checked, etc... I figure if this resources close and available to me, I should go!
In the paperwork it sent to me, it said to expect my visit to take several hours! Is that true? what exactly will they do? lol.
I have copies of my records, and am also bringing copies of the slides from my endoscopy..will they go over them right there and then?
I am just curious what to expect and of anyone else's experience with them.
Thanks!!!
