Hi Everyone,
This is my first year to cook gluten-free dinner and I was wondering what turkey brands are gluten free and if anyone had suggestions or recipes for gluten-free honey hams. Tia!

Holiday Hams And Turkeys... Gluten free???

In 8 years I've yet to find a turkey that isn't gluten-free unless it had been stuffed. The only exception might have been a Honeybaked turkey (I never checked on that one) but it is now gluten-free.
With ham, the main danger are the pre-glazed ones. Sometimes the commercial glaze uses wheat, although that would, of course, be clearly listed. Honeybaked hams used to have wheat but now do not. I'm drawing a blank on specific brands but do remember that Smithfield hams are gluten-free.
