It was suggested that I may have a problem with oatmeal. My question is, do I have to go back and carefully wash the pot and utensils I used to cook my gluten free oatmeal like I would if I had cooked something with wheat? And since I used my sponge to clean my pan and utensils do I need to get a new sponge?
