Hello there,

I am a newby to this site, I'm 23 and have been a Celiac for 14 years. Still find it hard a times but generally forget that my eating habits are any diffrent from my friends :D

Are there any Gluten Free Tortillas that you can buy that you can use to make Fajitas? I know Discovery do a hard Tortilla but they are for baking in the oven with mince.

Thanks
Maria

Some of the Mission tortillas are gluten free. They had gluten free written write on it too which I thought was helpful and a big step because they sell these at regular supermarkets here.

I have had the mission corn tortillas, and also just found Goya corn ones. They are both gluten-free because they only have corn listed as an ingredient, the mission ones do say gluten-free right on them. Pretty exciting!

Old El Paso tortilla hard corn shells are gluten-free. Old El Paso will clearly indicate gluten on their labels anyway.

I have an awesome recipe for soft shell taco's if you are interested (I can't tell the difference) :D ummmm!

I use the mission white corn tortillas all the time. I think that the white corn is more foldable/easier to work with than the yellow corn. Use them to make enchiladas, tacos, mini pizzas, quesadilas, cheese roll ups, tons of things.
