Churchkey, a new bar in Washington DC, offers gluten-free flatbreads. I've had two of them -- the pulled pork was awesome, kind of like an open-face cuban sandwich, almost, with mustard and pickle slices. The BLT pizza one was a bit less successful, but still pretty good. The bread part seems more garbanzo based, a little on the hearty side.
The most exciting thing is, DC has not been one of the greatest cities for gluten-free, and I'm hopeful that this is a sign things are going to improve.
Two things about Churchkey: it's new and it's currently very popular, so it's crowded even on weeknights. The other thing is, it's a bar, so kids can't go. http://www.churchkeydc.com/
