Hi,

I was just wondeirng what you all think about processed meats such as sausage, pepperoni and donair meat. They are all made from kind of odds and ends (as gross as that is) and I dont know if flour is used.

Not all are gluten-free but the VAST majority are. You need to check them out but you will be able to eat most.

You have to read the labels. Some are safe, some are not. I like to eat ham, I ususally buy a 5 pound ham that is Farmland brand. I called the company about it, and they said they do not use gluten in any of their products.
