I recently ate at Bertucci's in Beverly, MA for the second time. The first time was fine. This time, I ordered a Caesar salad off the gluten-free menu and it had a crouton in it.
Luckily, I saw it before I bit in and told the waitress and the manager and they replaced my salad immediately (and took it off the bill)but I'm lucky I saw it.
Just be aware that they are still learning about CC issues (this was what the manager told me). Obviously, this could happen anywhere and they were very busy but just the longer I've been gluten-free, the more comfortable I get ordering from gluten-free menus. I'm glad I checked this time!
