Yay! Udi's at Costco! DH went shopping last night and Udi's had a display of gluten-free food to test the market. I guess they're doing it in 5 stores around Denver. 2 loaves of white bread for $6 or $7 dollars (he couldn't remember exactly). But much cheaper than Whole Foods or Kroger.

Check out your local Costco and fight for the cause!

I'm jealous! I hope the Costcos near me start to carry it.

I'm REALLY jealous!!! A loaf of Udi's is $4.39 at our local health food store & $4.99 @ WF (in Southern Calif). That's really good news, wish I were closer, I'd drive over & stock up :P

Our local Costco discontinued carrying Bob's Red Mill gluten-free Flour mix because of low volume, I was so disappointed.

Enlarged thyroid with nodules and Hashimoto's diagnosed 2007. Self-diagnosed as gluten-intolerant.

Husband is gluten-intolerant, also self-diagnosed, suffered from severe eczema which has largely disappeared since avoiding wheat, corn, tomatoes, tree nuts.
