Not sure if this should have been in the travel section but this seemed the more logical place. I'm going to be gone for 2 weeks and won't be near, that I know of, to many health food stores, that I can pick up a loaf of gluten-free bread from, and even then keeping it refrigerated would be a problem.
I've considered trying to take a loaf of Mana from Anna or other homemade bread in my suitcase hoping it would last a while, say a week but don't know if it will work. (If anyone else has tried, please let me know how it held up, other than just getting really stale.)
Soo, my thinking is to take some flatbread (besides gluten-free crackers)..a flatbread I can make at home. (Sorry, but I'm not crazy about any of the recipes listed here on this site for flatbread.) Does anyone have a tried and true, travel friendly recipe they could share?
