My daughter, 15, was diagnosed with celiac last year. She also suffers from chronic tension headaches. Since starting the diet, the headaches were better, but recently they seem to have come back again. The only thing I can think of that we've been doing different is that she's been having an orange every day for breakfast. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what foods may or may not be triggers for headaches?
