Got an email from them, unsure what it means though...

1.  PURITY BUTTERMILK has NO Gluten in the product or ingredient that has

Gluten.

2.  We felt it very important to advise you, however, that we do process

some ice cream products with Gluten

in the formula.  Both Buttermilk and the ice cream products share the same

stainless steel processing lines at different times.  These lines are

cleaned and sanitized between batches and products, therefore, should be

Gluten free when we run buttermilk.  Because the same lines are used,

remote as it seems, it is not impossible that trace amounts of Gluten

"could" find their way to the buttermilk. If it occurred, the amount would

be in such a trace amount that it could not be tasted or recognized.  If

you have an allergy to Gluten it is possible, although remote, that it

could effect you if trace amounts of Gluten were to be in the product.

Remote as this statement is and as hard as we try to have excellent

products, we still felt if you have allergies to gluten type products, we

should advise you of this possibility.

All products are tested daily in our Certified (on property) Lab and

checked for anything unusual during the process.

I hope this helps.

Enlarged lymph nodes in neck and groin with celiac are not uncommon. They can take time to reduce even after going gluten-free. Monitoring is key.

Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?

I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

"her stool study showed she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that." The wording of this part of the sentence does not make any sense at all. I don't mean to insult you, but is English your first language? This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.
