Who doesn't like egg / spring rolls?

These are low fat because they are baked.

Check status of the following.
Soy sauce and the rice paper wraps.

Thanks, irish daveyboy. I think I'll surprise my man tonight with an Oriental dinner. Spring rolls and your fried rice to which I will add a few sauted shrimp.Add a Thai cucumber salad (marinate thinly sliced cucumbers and red onion in vinegar, sugar and red pepper) and I'm all set!

Gluten free CAN be good and varied!

I love using rice paper for raw rolls, but this recipe sounds fantastic too! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks I will give this a try. I tried springrolls last week, and deep fried them, and we didn't like them, so I am excitied to try and bake them!
Thanks!
