Hey!
For all of you out there who get symptoms when you have a gluten accident, I want to hear from you. My main question is how long after you have gotten into gluten do your symptoms show up? One hour? 24 hours? Sometimes my symptoms will show up, yet I don't know what meal the contamination was present.
Thanks, Ginny

Jenn's take longer to show up and end more quickly than mine. Her's usually show up within a couple of days or so and are gone within a couple of weeks except for the dh spots which can last for months.
