Cure For Celiac Disease?
Posted 15 October 2010 - 07:19 AM
My name is Josť Mario Bejarano, we moved from Bolivia to USA because my little one was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in May 2001. He was diagnosed as high reactvie(level 3). by that time he was 2 years and 5 month.
We dont have certified food for him in my country, so we decided to stay here in USA, trying to give him a better life style.
During this time we take to much care with his food, we were cooking for him every single day @ home, my wife and me we were making the food, cake, cookies, bread and everything for every single party that he was invited, he respected his diet 100%, now he is in very good health conditions
in July 2010 we authorized a new blood test for his diagnosis and it appear NEGATIVE, so we start giving him just little piece of bread 2 times a week, then we were adding more food with gluten, now he is taking regular food, he didnt have any reaction to the gluten.
so we dont know what to say about it, is this a miracle or what?. we were prying every day for him, and him was asking to GOD a cure for his problem.
I want to share this experience with all of you (C.D.)
I am open to support you with suggestions, food recipe, and what ever you want to ask.
I do live in Alexandria VA.
my cel phone is 703-501-9526

GOD can make miracles, give your life to him

Since he has been eating gluten, you need to have him retested, you may be destroying his intestine without knowing it.

Please don't feed gluten foods to your son, it eventually start to do damage to him again.
2 neg celiac blood tests, mine was also neg. No endo done. Son had x-ray, showing severe constipation. Son has latex allergy. KP for both of us.
Long family history of bowel problems, auto-immune and all sorts of cancers. My G-mother informed me that she was put on a gluten free diet after she had my mom (1950's), of course she stopped when she felt better. She has had problems ever since I can remember.
So here we are! I do have my son's Dr to thank for even bringing up celiac! Thank You Dr.B!
My adult daughter also has been helped by eating gluten-free.

Wiith gluten, the damage will take some time to build up. A little damage may not make him sick. The doctor or nurse should have explained this to you.
God has given us the knowledge and the ability to keep your boy from being sick. It is the gluten free diet.
