Ok, I've been given this medication my by Dr. But I now look and don't see it on the gluten free drug list on <http://www.glutenfreedrugs.com/>
Does that mean it has gluten. Basically, is there a list of drugs that DO have gluten to match up and compare with the list that shows which do not?
Drug in particular hi is called
Brand Name: Vistaril
Generic : Hydroxyz Pam

It is on the huge Delphi product list as gluten free
This is what it says:
Vistaril (Pfizer) (884.381.1985) (verifired=07/02)
Caplets and Suspension (gluten-free, contains corn)
When always in question the best thing to do is call the manufacturer. Different gluten-free medications may cover more then others and there is no possible way to cover all of the gluten free meds in one list.

EON Labs also makes a generic of Vistaril that is gluten-free.
Vistaril does not curtail the gastro symptoms, but if taken immediately upon realizing that I have gotten glutened, it helps significantly with the swollen and stinging tongue and respiratory problems. It also seems to limit (but not totally eliminate) the initial itchy stage of DH prior to the outbreak.

Yea, contact Coulter. He is sending it to anyone who wants it. It is 79 pages long and just updated in April. There is also a thread on here where he explains how to get to it yourself if you would rather get it yourself.
