well i woke up thinking, hey instead of asking everyone here, going to site to site researching, i thought why dont i write a book and do it myself and you. but then i thought maybe there is one out there. i just looked at some from amazon, there is one i bought just to see if its what i need.
anyone have any suggestions, any books youve read and is helpful? no not a beginners book an everyday one?

I haven't read Danna Korn's books, but they're supposed to be good.

go for 'Wheat Free, Worry Free' by Danna Korn. That's definitely one of the favorites around here

I like The Gluten Free Diet, A Comprehensive Resource Guide. I've also heard good things about A Personal Touch on Celiac Disease. I think some of the members on this board contributed to that book, as well!

Totally agree with Jenvan, "Wheat Free, Worry Free" was fantastic.
I bought my copy online at Walmart.com and it was really cheap compared to the bookstores.
