Vinegar is almost always safe. I would say always, but I think there's a history of concerns surrounding vinegar that still linger today.
I believe in God.

No problem...I can't take all the credit for the list though...I believe Richard(lovegrov) was the person who originally posted the list...I since updated it and to my knowledge it is accurate but as you know things can change so you may want to check every now and then.

Alot of vinegar is safe and distilled vinegar is safe....the brands like Kraft would list something beside vinegar if it contained something not safe for us.

Malt vinegar, etc. is not gluten-free. Distilled vinegar is gluten-free, as the gluten is "removed" in the distillation process, and a number of others are gluten-free.

Yep, Richard compiled the list at Delphi, where I noticed it, brought it over here, and since then Kaiti has reposted numerous times.

Heehee :P ...I always get excited when people answer my posts, but I LOVE to get info. from Coulter, Kaiti, and Richard...because, regarding Celiac & gluten-free, they know their stuff. Its good to get reliable answers to questions (*keeping in mind that we all react differently to food) ...another thing...if the three of them don't know, they still offer resources where I can call or look for info. on my question. ;)

Many thanks! B)

-Julie (currently in a total brain fog...if anyone finds my brain, would you please priority-mail it to me?...I need it for final exams this weekend) :P
