I am interested in the Shakeology product, but am scared of the wheatgrass etc. Does anyone use this product with success or with reactions? I am very curious.

There was a post on this product a few months ago. If it has wheatgrass in it, it is not safe. Don't buy their claims that it's gluten free. I'll see if I can find the post for you.

I tried it (it says it is gluten free). I had immediate reaction worse than accidently eating something confirmed to have wheat in it. Steer clear...

Wheatgrass is theoretically gluten-free. I won't touch the stuff.

Exactly! If I could be sure all I got was just the grass part...maybe. But its too easy for some of it to start making seeds & they get included.

Fortunately, I think I can live, and not be too diasppointed, without wheat grass.

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

      My daughter has celiac disease and has had for a long time. She fell loses strictly gluten-free diet and recently got rid of all cutting boards in any gluten in her house at all. She just had a stool test and it came back showing of gigantic response to gluten in her diet. What could be going on since she doesn't eat any gluten and is very careful about any...
