Sunflower Oil

Has anyone tried sunflower oil? I bought a gluten free cookbook at a discount book store and it was written by a British person, who only used sunflower oil in the whole cookbook. So I tried it and totally love it. It doesn't change the flavor of what you are cooking. I use olive oil for many things, but sunflower oil is wonderful when you only want the flavor of what you are cooking. Shirley
