Probiotics In Greek Yogurt?

I know nothing about probiotis, but I hear them being mentioned here a lot as being good. I just noticed they are advertised on my Chobani yogurt that I started eating a couple months ago. Is one yogurt enough probiotics on a daily basis to help?

Well I find yogurt to be a good probiotic addition (start each day with yogurt) but not enough in and of itself. I take a (very strong) probiotic as well.

I've never been able to tolerate any of the probiotics I've tried. I eat a good sized serving of Greek yogurt (Fage plain 0%) every morning which I think helps. I do wish I could find a probiotic I could take but I think possibly what's in the yogurt is all I can handle.
