I know that this subject has been brought up before but I haven't seen any new info on it lately. We're planning a fall honeymoon (November) and I'd love to know your experiences with traveling and being gluten free. We're looking at more beachy places like Hawaii, St. Lucia, those types...but I know absolutely nothing about how I'll manage on my diet.

Any info?

p.s....no cruises. I get really bad motion sickness!

We did Hawaii (specifically, Kawaii) for our honeymoon. We've done it since I was Gluten-free Casein-free as well. We've always stayed in B&B's, so we can cook a lot of our own food, and there are lots of restaurants on many of the islands that can cater to you. (Kenlove on here can offer recommendations as well. ;) )

Thanks!!! I am just a bit leery about all of the Sandals "all inclusive" packages... Hawaii is looking mighty appealing ;)

      Enlarged lymph nodes in neck and groin with celiac are not uncommon. They can take time to reduce even after going gluten-free. Monitoring is key.

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

      What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?
