I've never had skin disorders or anything like this in my last 29 years, but since around day three of my Gluten Free diet, I got a red lumpy bumps on my elbow. Not dots, literally raised parts of skin. Every person that I've asked thinks it must be eczema.

It's quite honestly 'freaking me out', as I think it looks ugly, so hoping this has happened to somebody else and you'll tell me that it'll go away. :)

Sounds like Dermititus Hepeterformis to me and is common in Celiac. I have it and my elbow was the worst place. Does it itch?

It only itches if I irritate it, else I'm not aware its there.

It's not as flared up as what is was, but I haven't changed anything, so don't know what caused it or what made it 'smaller/flatter'. :)

Thanks!
