I bought some Gold Bond Ultimate hand lotion because it was fragrance free after using it for a few days my hands & arms were very itchy one of the ingredients in is Oat Extract also I use another hand lotion C.V.S.s dry skin therapy fragrance free it has Colloidal Oatmeal in it are they safe to use by Celias's
