Hey ya'll! Just wanted to let you all know that my son in law is being deployed today. He is a marine. For those of you that pray please pray for him.

Their baby boy is due the end of May. Originally he was supposed to leave in June, now he has to miss the birth of his first child.

My stepson is an Army Major with two Iraq deployments behind him. He is scheduled to be deployed to Afghanistan this October. ENOUGH ALREADY! I don't like having our young men in harm's way. It's time to get have an anti-war demonstration. Prayers are aloft for all of them.

If anyone is interested in sending care packages, check out www.booksforsoldiers.com or www.sponsorthetroops.org. My husband and I have been sending packages and letters for many years through these websites. There are others too. And those of you who have people going over, they can go to these sites and sign up to receive support from home. If they get plenty of support themselves, they may notice someone who gets NO mail (unfortunately way too common) and they could ask for mail for their buddies.

I hope everyone comes home safely.

Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?

I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

"her stool study showed she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that." The wording of this part of the sentence does not make any sense at all. I don't mean to insult you, but is English your first language? This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.

What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?
    • mishyj
Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
