Tyramines In Food

I believe that something besides gluten is causing my continuing problems with fatigue and headaches. My bowel symptoms are extremely improved and I think I can detect a gluten accident by relapses in that department. But, I'm still bothered by these other symptoms about half the time and suspect other food intolerances. Perhaps a "leaky gut" brought about by the gluten reactions has also caused a tyramine problem? Or, maybe this is something I had before in addition to the celiac disease? Or, maybe there is something else going on or I simply haven't been gluten-free long enough to fully feel better. What a chinese puzzle box this is!
