I just found this recipe online.
Now I know what I can do with that garbanzo bean flour I bought! Actually I bought some and lost it. Apparently I spaced out and put it in an upper cupboad instead of in my baking cupboard. So when I needed it for Christmas cookies, it wasn't there. I raced to the store (it was late at night) and bought another bag.
The cookies were a big pain to make. Daughter said she liked them but she didn't eat any beyond the first two. I didn't really dislike them but I didn't think they were very good either. Just slightly sweet with a bit of a bean flavor.
