Is Corned Beef gluten-free?

hello all.

I was hoping someone out there could help me. My son and daughter have celiac disease, and they love corned beef. Does anyone know of any brands that are gluten free?? thanks

This is one of the most comprehensive food lists I've found, it lists a few brands of cooked corned beef. There are Shofar Kosher, Sinai Kosher, and Usinger's . I didn't find any listed that were not cooked. There might be more on the list, but you have to look through it in detail. I found those on page 28. Good luck with your St. Patty's day meal.
