Heinz Ketchup--YES :D
Kraft Ranch--yes i believe, but I have never read the label or eaten it myself. Kraft will not hide any form on gluten--it will be listed on the ingredient statement. So read the label, and if it does not state wheat, barley, rye or oats, you can have it. Have you gotten the delphi gluten-free food list yet?

Also-look at these brands below. Kaiti has posted this list that I love--none of these manufactuers will hide gluten ingredients--like Kraft. But with other brands, you will need to call and follow up at times. I keep a binder of info and responses I get from manufacturers on their products.

It's so frustrating that Kraft doesn't just put the words "GLUTEN FREE" on it's products that are gluten-free. It's a big secret that they WILL NOT HIDE gluten. I'm less interested in the fact that they're so forthcoming with the gluten and more interested in when they'll just start labeling products gluten free. It's like an annoying joke that never ends to constantly inform people that Kraft is not "hiding gluten". They may not be "HIDING GLUTEN", but they're hiding the fact that they don't hide it.

Just drives me crazy.

Kraft Ranch Dressing is gluten free. Jen put the list for you of brands that will clearly indicate the presence of gluten. They will not hide anything under otherwise questionable ingredients. If those labels do not say wheat, rye, barley, oats on them then they will be safe.

Also, Jen's suggestion on the Delphi list is a really good one. That list is 79 pages long and has foods, drinks, products, etc. It does not have everything but it is a good list.

Also, the safe and forbidden lists on here would help out quite a bit if you don't know what all gluten can hide under. Here is the link for that:
