What would be the best food for testing lactose intolernace

and the best for testing corn intolerance?

Something that I can be sure isn't CC'd or has anything else in it that would tell me, mostly 100% if I had an issue with corn or lactose.

cows milk and plain corn chips

with corn chips there is a chance of CC or a reaction to the oil used to cook them,
I would go with plain corn.
