Howdy All,

Today I took some recipes from the forum and went shopping ,Yahoo! I deceided if I have to live this way better get use to it.I went to about 7 stores. The health food store was my last stop of the day. I only went there after I exhausted all other possibilities.

The prices in the international isles were far less. This is imp. to me as I am new at being gluten-free and if a recipe doesn't turn out well it won't have cost me and arm and a leg. Well I might not mind giving-up my head, lately I swear if it wasn't bolted on I would leave it behind

Also I have been finding out that the Asian and Mexican people do so much with corn and rice. I like that style food anyway.

Does anyone know a safe soy sauce thats sold in most groceries stores. That would be a big help!!!

Thanks, :D

Annie
