We've been gluten free for about 4 months. I tested negative via blood test but went gluten free to support my daughter. The amazing thing is, I feel a ton better. After gall bladder removal 13 years ago, all the doctors could say about daily diarrhea and upset stomach was that it can take a while for things to settle down after gall bladder surgery. Um, five years? Eight years? So now that I feel so much better, and know that I won't go back, I wonder if I am gluten intolerant and how careful I should be. Can a gluten intolerant person cause the same harm to themselves as someone with celiac? Thank you for any input and thoughts.
