Anyone live in New York City that knows of any support groups. They're not as easy to find as I thought.

I would usually search in google for support groups, but I don't ever really find much. Should I be looking in a more specific place. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same trouble as me finding support groups.

Also if Nassau County might work for you - there is a meeting of a Long Island support group on Monday Oct 10 at 7:00 at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola.
