Well, spring/summer is approaching and I was curious about sunflower seeds once my boyfriend bought a jumbo bag of them home today. They are "David" brand Sunflower Seeds- original kind. All that is in them is sunflower seeds and salt.

I am allergic to wheat (obviously), corn, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts....
Am I able to actually eat this?

Gee if so that would be wonderful. Im a snacker and I have no snacks I can eat. I am so darn limited to what I can and cant eat, even if it was something so little it would be so big to me!

Oooooh also.. Are "TreeTop Flat Fruit" gluten-free?

Thanks sooo much!
