If others want to find problem with my physical / internal issues than they will have to find time to hear about it. I'd rather spend a 30 minutes cooking meat & veg than dealing with staff that aren't interested in my allergy/issue. Do/read/learn or die.

I agree! A lot of times I would rather just take my own meal than have to try and explain about gluten and CC, once again, to servers and staff. I still get embarrassed at pulling out my own food in a restaurant but at times it is just plain easier! :rolleyes:

(today was what is guar gum where from etc.. turns out its gluten and an alternative to other gluten product / ingredient for bathroom / food products)

What? Guar gum comes from guar beans. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guar_gum

I don't eat it because it is processed, and generally processed things get cc in them, but it isn't gluten.
