So, I've always wanted a turducken for Thanksgiving, but it wasn't possible til this year.

Of course, now I've got to do it myself instead of ordering one.... Sigh.

I found two recipes for a turducken roulade...anyone ever make one of these at home? Hints??

If you want a stuffing, use fresh sausage without the casing and stuff the chicken before the complete wrap happens.
